- •After the minimum term, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

- •A repair reserve equal to one month's rent is proposed for small repairs, as specified in the management agreement.
- •Repairs over ₹5,000 require the owner's approval.
- •Repair and material bills are itemised, with a 15–20% supervision margin disclosed on each bill.
- •Security-deposit handling is governed by the rent agreement.
- •Legal costs and government fees are charged at actual cost.
